My name is Anette Yadgar, and I am the founder and owner of Cloud 9 Designs and window coverings. I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Art with a degree in interior design and for 20 years, I have primarily concentrated the focus of Cloud 9 Designs on interior window fashions. My interior design background has enabled me to help my clients with design, balance, and colors. We know your home is the most important investment and it reflects your style and personality.
